The personal data provided by users wishing to bid at the auctions are used solely for the purpose of providing the service or performing the requested tasks and the data are not disclosed to third parties other than the auction houses with which the users are registered or through which they make bids.

Types of data processed
Navigation data
During their normal operations, the IT systems and software procedures used to enable this website to function acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects but, owing to the very nature of the information, the processing and association of the data with data held by third parties may enable the users to be identified.
The category of data includes IP addresses or the computer domain names used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses for the resources requested, the timing of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code for the status of response issued by the server – successful outcome, error, etc. and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are only used for the purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that the site is operating correctly and the data are deleted immediately after processing. The data can be used to ascertain responsibility if any supposed IT offences have been committed that may damage the website.     We may contact you from time to time to update you on our services, new functions and promotions, up-coming auctions and other associated services. You may choose to cancel your subscription to our e-mails by selecting this option in your account settings.
    We undertake to protect the confidentiality of the information provided. However, if we suspect the existence of fraudulent or other illegal activities, we reserve the right to provide information to the forces of law and order.
    Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their password and other account information and they are responsible for all the uses of their own account, whether or not this has been authorised. If you consider that your account has been used improperly or jeopardised, we would ask you to contact us immediately.

CONDIÇÕES DE COMPRA EM LEILÃO

Numisma reserva o direito de admissão aos leilões, aos seus assinantes e/ou convidados.

1. Os lotes são vendidos no local e no estado em que se encontram, não se aceitando reclamações depois de arrematados. Os interessados têm 4 dias para estudo e visualização dos lotes nas instalações da Numisma, após marcação.

2. Pode exigir-se um sinal de valor não inferior a 30% da importância da arrematação.

3. Se no momento da arrematação de qualquer lote nos surgirem dúvidas quanto ao último licitante, o lote será posto novamente em praça.

4. Reservamo-nos o direito de leiloar um ou mais lotes em conjunto ou de os desdobrar.

5. Numisma recebe ordens de compra via CTT, email, telefone e fax e responde pelas mesmas em sala.

6. Os lotes devem ser pagos e levantados, no prazo de 48 horas após o leilão.

7. Sobre a importância da arrematação incide uma comissão de 17,5% e sobre esta o IVA à taxa legal em vigor.

8. Na compra de lotes através da plataforma bidspirit.com e bidinside.com não será cobrada uma taxa adicional ao comprador.

TERMS OF SALE

Numisma reserves the right of admission to its auctions to its subscribers and/or guests.

1. Lots are sold at the place of sale and in the condition in which they are found, and no complaints will be accepted after they have been auctioned. Interested parties have 4 days to make an appointment and come and view the lots on display at our premises here at Numisma.

2. A down payment of not less than 30% of the auc- tioned amount may be requested.

3. If during the auction of any lot, any doubts arise as to the final bidder, the lot will be put up for sale again.

4. We reserve the right to auction one or more lots together or to split them.

5. Numisma receives orders to purchase by mail, email, phone and fax and responds to these within the auction room.

6. Lots must be paid for and collected within 48 hours after of the auction.

7. A commission of 17,5% is added to the auction fee, plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

8. No fee is charged to the buyer for lots purcha- sed through bidspirit.com and bidinside.com platform.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Numisma will be happy to provide information about the lots to be auctioned, but would draw you atten- tion to paragraph 1 of the terms of sale.

Shipping costs and insurance for the coins are paid for by the buyer.
